The figurine's box is wrapped in several layers of thick bubble wrap. We use packing peanuts or kraft paper to fill any empty space. The figurine must not move even a millimeter during transport.

2. Contact us immediately by email.

Right of withdrawal: Have you changed your mind? In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to return a new, unopened and sealed product to us (return shipping costs remain your responsibility).

Damaged Package / Error: If you notice any damage upon delivery (crushed package, wrong product), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos. After this period, shipping-related claims are more difficult to process.

Cancellation: If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible to cancel free of charge.
