How do you pack parcels to prevent breakage?
The figurine's box is wrapped in several layers of thick bubble wrap. We use packing peanuts or kraft paper to fill any empty space. The figurine must not move even a millimeter during transport.
I noticed a problem when unpacking, what should I do?
- Take clear photos of the defect and the box.
- Contact us immediately by email.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Right of withdrawal: Have you changed your mind? In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to return a new, unopened and sealed product to us (return shipping costs remain your responsibility).
Damaged Package / Error: If you notice any damage upon delivery (crushed package, wrong product), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos. After this period, shipping-related claims are more difficult to process.
Cancellation: If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible to cancel free of charge.
Do you ship internationally (USA, Africa, Europe...)?
We ship our figurines all over Europe , the United States , and the African continent.
